Andean Grain Products sources quinoa from local farmers in the highlands of Bolivia and Peru. Quinoa is a native to the Andean region and is a hardy plant that is farmed at higher altitudes in the cool climate of the Andean mountains. Andean Grain Products quinoa is sustainably produced and is a highly nutritious “superfood” with a flavour that has been described as slightly nutty and sweet with a crunchy texture.
